Hanes aims to provide an excellent service to all our visitors and beneficiaries and continually strives to improve. The Coach House provides a multi-function community-owned centre and wants to ensure that as many individuals and organisations as possible enjoy the benefits of its following products and services. Please note that all prices are subject to 20% VAT.
What can we do for you?
Resource & Conference Room Hire
Our unique resource & conference room is equipped with interactive white board & projection facilities; free WiFi with a fast 10MGB internet connection; a large network of web-enabled PCs, Laptops, an Apple Mac and iPads. It is an ideal venue for small conferences training sessions, workshops and meetings.
- Room Hire only - £10 hour
- Room Hire to include ITC Equipment £11 per hour
- Room Hire to include teas or coffees & biscuits is an additional £3 per head
- Full buffet or sit down lunch etc., prices available on request
- We are fully licensed, please ask about our wine list
- Available between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. subject to availability

Market Stall Hire
We have 13 pretty and high quality market stalls available for hire. In order to ensure the upkeep of our stalls, we also deliver, assemble, take down and take away the stalls. This is generally done by our dedicated volunteers. Travelling costs are extra (see below). Minimum stall hire (to include delivery) is 8 stalls.

- Delivery @ 45p per mile
