The Museum at St Dogmaels Abbey

The CADW Designed museum exhibition at the Coach House allows the visitor to experience nearly 2000 years of Christian settlement at this site. The exhibition is designed to be viewed chronologically – by moving anticlockwise through the centuries, from the early Christian Standing stones circa 4th and 5th AD – through to the later medieval exhibition circa 12th Century. The interpretation was designed to give the atmospheric impression of a Medieval Abbey.

Our computer generated reconstruction of the Abbey at its pinnacle during the 15th Century, enables the visitor to truly appreciate the scale of this monastic colossus…link to TBA

Entry to this unique museum exhibition is free but all donations are gratefully received on behalf of the Hanes Llandoch Charity.
